Refund Policy

Last updated June 18, 2026

This policy explains refunds for Dezybel shop subscriptions. Dezybel is software for motorcycle exhaust shops; this policy covers what a shop pays Dezybel, not what a shop's own customers pay the shop.

What this covers

This policy applies to Dezybel shop subscription fees — Shop Starter and Shop Pro.

It does not cover payments between a shop and its customers for parts, labor, or installation. Those payments happen through the shop's own checkout or booking links, are never collected or held by Dezybel, and are subject to that shop's own refund terms.

Payment processor

Dezybel subscription payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Your receipts and invoices come from Paddle, and approved refunds are returned through Paddle to your original payment method.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a new Dezybel shop subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full.

Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel anytime from Shop billing. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.

After the first 14 days, fees already paid for the current and previous periods are non-refundable, except where required by law or in the billing-error cases below.

Billing errors

Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or other billing mistakes are refunded in full. Just contact us and we will correct it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@dezybel.com (or use the contact page) with your shop name and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Shop-to-customer payments

Dezybel does not process or hold funds for a shop's customers. Refunds for exhaust parts or installation work are handled directly between the shop and its customer, under the shop's own terms.
